Hello and welcome to the blog post of April 2025 showcasing work from March 2025. It was also my birthday on the 1st! Sorry that I didn't have an event this year. I've also sadly come down with the crud since Wednesday and am struggling to shake it. But I figured I could at least make this post while I am home sick. Funnily enough, every faceup finished last month was done for my wife.
Today I get to show a Soom MD Rico/Serin Romantic from the original mermaid release back in 2014, a Magic Mirror Orla with her matching sleeping face, and a Soom MD Shale Romantic, the original unicorn version from 2011.

Welcome back to the blog portion of my website! February was a busy month doll wise, where I finished up some larger commissions. I did the body blush for the Dream Valley Cedar, along with his fantasy parts, 2 pairs of antlers, and his staff. I also finished the double mani- and pedicures for the Gem of Doll Nymph, and I painted two heads for myself, a Volks DDH-06 and a Dollzone Little Snow.

Before we jump into the picture sharing portion of of the blog entry, I want to say that commissions are open! I got through everything that I needed to and am open for new requests. So please feel free to reach out through my contact form or other platforms and I'll be happy to give a quote!

New Work from January - Feb 9th, 2025

Hello and welcome back to the blog portion of my website! Today I am going to be sharing a couple of finished faceups and a preview of some things that were still WIP by the time January was over.
I had a decent month for working on large projects, but I haven't finished them all yet, so I will be saving those pieces for this month's work reveal.

I painted a Dream Valley Cedar and started on his body and fantasy parts, did a matching faceup on my wife's second Sprouting Dragon Zilu head, and I painted a Gem of Doll Nymph, who still needs her mani- and pedicures.

New Work from Nov'24 :: Dec 24th, 2024

Well I really dragged my feet on posting last month's faceup work. I was struggling in November and the weather was utter garbage to boot, making it hard to work on things. But I was able to paint one commission (Doll Leaves Jeremy) and I repainted one of my own (Impldoll Azalea Elf).
The past several days I've gotten hit with the crud and my lungs feel squeaky, so I am not risking coughing all over the WIP commissions I have on me. Nor do I want to snot into my mask...But anyway, without further ado, onto some pictures under the read more break!

New Work from August - Sept 23rd, 2024

Hello and welcome back to my blog section everyone! Today I want to cover the work I completed in August 2024, which consisted of 3 faceups, a color change along a body, and some small tattoos.
Sculpts I worked on were a Sheepy Dolls Lulufae, who got a color change, faceup, and neck tattoos, and the other two sculpts were a Fairyland MNF Hwayu and the matching sleeping head.

Hello and welcome back for Part 2 of work from June 2024! I hope you have had a lovely weekend and are ready for another blog post! My weekend has been nice and relaxing, and fun too after meeting with some friends in the hobby.
Today I'm gonna share the pictures of the Soom SG Chrom, Hopeful Creation Ana, Pipos R.PI Charlotte and her hands and tail, and a FenJieXian Elf Series 1.0 Number 1 and a Number 3.

New Work from June :: Part 1 - July 19th, 2024

Hello and welcome back to the blog portion of my website! I had a very productive June completing 10 faceups, and a few fantasy parts. For that July has been slow for me, but I was able to return several commissions back to their owners.
Things I painted are a Dollzone April (classic), Dream Valley Alter and his horns, Haru Casting Day, Sprouting Dragon Zilu, Loongsoul ShenLuo Western White Tiger, Soom SG Chrom, Hopeful Creation Ana, Pipos R.PI Charlotte and her hands and tail, and a FenJieXian Elf Series 1.0 Number 1 and Number 3.
I will only post the first 5 for this post, because I know no one is gonna want to sit through that long of a blog post. Hell, I'm exhausted just thinking about writing about 10 faceups in a single post. So yeah, let's get to part 1 under the break!

New Work from Feb 2024 - Mar 15th, 2024

Hello and welcome back to my blog, folks! I had an easy month this past February and only completed 2 commission faceups as the weather was cruddy and I didn't feel like redoing any of my own dolls, since I did so many the previous month.
I painted a Soom MD Serin/Rico open eyed head in normal skin from the first release back in 2014, and I repainted the YBee Doll Nora in strawberry pink skin that I had painted in 2023 originally. It's been a hot minute on that one though!
I also had started on a full package commission on a Dream Valley Olivia, but I wasn't able to finish her until this current month (March).

New Work from Jan 2024 - Feb 11th, 2024

Hello and welcome back to my blog everyone! I had a busy month of repainting my own dolls as I hadn't gotten any commissions in yet, but felt the need to keep busy!
I repainted some of my older dolls, and a few newer ones, along with a set to sell. I was trying to be conservative with my MSC, because I'd been struggling to find some in stock within the EU, but I was finally successful just this past Friday. I'd been waiting on a restock of it since early December, so I suppose it was good I didn't have any commissions in that time, hah!
But anyway, the dolls I repainted are my Dollzone Po, Dollzone Stramonium, Dollzone Shoyo, Fairyland LTF Juri 2013 x3, and a set of Fairyland LTF Rendia open and sleeping eye faceplates, which I intend to list for sale.
So without further ado, onto some pictures and rambling under the break!

November Work & FYI - Dec 14th, 2023

Hello and welcome back everyone! November is half a month back and I'm just now getting to posting the work I completed that past month.
It wasn't a lot as commissions have slowed to a halt since then, but hey, some is better than none! I do need to advertise my commissions properly again, though at this time of year there are fewer commissions due to the holiday season and events from doll companies.
Just a quick touch on the FYI:
I raised my prices by €5 each service. Rent has gone up, again, and gas and electric prices are sky high, so I gotta adjust my prices accordingly to survive. Thank you for understanding. All existing estimates will be honored of course!

Anyway, things to show today are the two Fairyland RealFee girl bodies, a Dream Valley Olivia and her bunny ears, and my own Dollzone Raymond-1, who newly arrived. So without further ado, onto some pictures under the break!

New Work from Oct 2023 + FYI - Nov 7th, 2023

Hello and welcome back to the blog on my website! Today's update features everything I completed this past October of 2023, and boy it's quite a bit!! Seven faceups and four sets of hands.
This blog entry is special as it features my 600th faceup, and I am just so proud of my progress the last 12 years since I've started painting dolls. Basically I average 50 faceups a year at this rate, though my faceup output has definitely decreased the past couple of years, as I've taken on a lot of body aesthetic commissions as well. I will post about that though in December when I wrap up this year.

Either way, today I will share a Fairyland RealFee Toki and a Coco, a Resinsoul Ai, a Telesthesia Doll XunYiChao, a Smart Doll Chaos G07 head, a Fairyland Feeple60 Mirwen with 2 sets of hands, a set of Fairyland Minifee hands, and a Doll Leaves Theresa along with a pair of her hands.

New Work from Sept 2023 - Oct 7th, 2023

Hello and welcome to Autumn! I was a very busy bee in September, more so than I have been most of this year regarding BJD work. I am almost through all of my commissions that I have on me currently (just 2 body blushes including mani- and pedicures are missing) until the next ones arrive.
Anyway, things that I worked on and completed this past September are two Luts ZuzuDelf Minimi Corni faceups with their bodies and pedestals also painted, a modded Resinsoul Ju on a modded Resinsoul Zhen body and fantasy parts blushing, and then faceups on a Peakswoods Lune the Dark Elf, a Peakswoods Goldie, a Mystic Kids Elisa Elf, an Akagidoll Yusri, and a Msytic Kids Petra. I also started on the two RealFees but didn't finish them until this month (October) so they'll be in the next update. Important to mention, this blog post contains full (doll) nudity!

New Work - June 4th, 2023

Another month done with, and a couple of new pieces to share!
May was a hectic and stressful month, but I still managed to do a couple of faceups. I only managed 3 as I had very few commissions come in last month, but hey, better some than none! I was also sick a lot May and had a lot of extra things to do, so I'm glad I was able to do something creative.
I painted one of those cute Penny's Blind Box Antu Centaurs (Ponder/Thought), a LatiDoll Blue Rucas, and an Iplehouse J.I.D Sierra. Without further ado, onto the pictures and rambles under the read more break!

FYI + New Work - May 2nd, 2023

It's May, so now I am gonna post the completed work from April, but before I get into that I wanted to go over the FYI.
The cost of living has gone up horribly this year along with my rent, so I needed to increase my prices as well. Please see Commission & Prices for the new costs. All estimates I have already provided are valid and won't be changed.

New Work - April 8th, 2023

As many of you have already seen, I have reopened commissions a week ago on my birthday. I am still open to accepting a few more slots, so if you need a faceup from within the EU, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!

I was a busy bee in March, so I got quite a few more things to show to finish up the month with work I've completed. There's 2 faceups and 3 body blushes, so please be aware there is doll nudity in this post.
Today I will share a Granado 15Ascent Ninth and his body, a Maskcat Doll 2020 Anniversary Event Cat doll, and the biggest of my commissions this round, a Dollzone Chun who got the full treatement including mods.
