Well, I got hit hard with the crud in December and wasn’t as productive as I hoped I’d be. I did manage some work before I succumbed to illness in the beginning of the month, but it was way less than I planned for. Oh well, at least I did get some things done!

Things I have to show for today are a Popovy Sisters Tawny Owl on Body IV in coral skin, a Fairyland Feeple60 El Elf Event A 2021 head, and a Doll Family-H 1/3 scale Small bust piece. The last two belong together so. Just as a quick warning, this post does contain doll nudity.

It's been a hot minute since I've posted on here. I have quite a bit of work to share since I had Covid-19 again the first two weeks of August. I have been posting the collages to the Examples section here, along with some new owner pics as well.
Despite this run of Covid being mild, it still fatigued me horribly and it's taken me quite a while to get back into the swing of working on commissions. I have finished 5 faceups, 2 body blushes, and some fantasy parts since then.

Today I will only share the work I still completed in August, otherwise it's just too long of a blog post. Things to share are a Fairyland MNF Alicia, a Popovy Sisters Blue Jay and her body, and a Soom Heliot Fantasy head from the Cosmos release.

New Work - April 22nd, 2021

I am finally back home and on the mend from pneumonia in both of my lungs due to Covid-19. I'm not fully recovered yet (that'll take time) but I am regaining strength everyday. I will though resume working on commissions this weekend as I am no longer contagious and can handle the commissions again without risking infecting my clients with this nasty virus.
I did receive a few more commissions for faceups, and gotta finish up some other full body ones as well. Once I re-open slots again, I will post here and on the home-page.

Anyway today I have only two faceups to show, a Fairyland Pukifee Cupid in tan skin, and my Dollzone Mann in peach skin.

New Work - April 17th, 2020

First, my new prices have gone live as of last week, but I'm not quite ready to take on more commissions yet as I just had some that arrive yesterday that I accepted several months ago (they were sent from the companies straight to me). I'd like to at least get one of those done before I reopen my slots!

But now to get to the meat of this post. I got to paint an Atelier Momoni Somni, an Iplehouse FID Leonard, and another Resinsoul Mei.

This'll be probably my last post for the year, but I was able to crank out two more face ups while I wait on commissions to come trickling in. I really really wanted to reach 440 completed face ups this year, and I did!
One of the face ups was a just for fun experiment (Soom Rico), and the other was a long overdue redo on one of my own dolls (Dollzone Chinese Dragon Girl) who's had the same face up for 5 or so years.

New Work - Nov 8th, 2019

The last week I was a busy busy bee and knocked out 3 parts of a 5 part commission! The parts I did were face ups on two Ringdoll Alice 01 sculpts in normal skin, and a 2D Doll Cream in light tan. They all had small variances and I was able to finish them within a few days (the weather has been foggy and I've had a lot of errands).
Now all that's missing is to paint two LoongSoul Poi pet dolls and I can re-open commissions!

I'm finally getting back into the swing of things and cranking out commissions! This past week I was able to finish a full body blush and face up on a Magic Time Rachael in normal pink skin. She had come with a previous face up, which I wiped to turn her into a cute cyberpunk-goth!

I was able to crank out a new face up this past weekend on a Volks DDH-07 head, and I was able to ship her back yesterday. I had a lot of fun with the galaxy theme for her.

New Work - Sept. 29th, 2019

I was finally able to get started on the Unoa Alchemy Lusis in fairy skin this past week, and got her face up done. It's been slow progress lately, which I apologize for, as I've been struck with migraines on the weekends (the days where I have time to work on commissions). But at least I was able to get some work done!
On the Unoa I still gotta restring her and blush her body as well as a mani/pedicure, but at least her face up is done!

New Work - Sept 15th, 2019

I've been hard at work on the Dollshe Hound body and have finished the upper body so far. I will need to take him apart again and suede him to keep him from scratching the tattoos immediately. All that's left now are his mile long legs and feet.
Currently I'm taking a break from him (which the client is fine with) as I need to figure out how to paint his massive legs, and the best way of sealing them to keep the tattoos lined up. Meanwhile I received another doll to paint, an Unoa Alchemy Lusis who needs a face up removal and a face up/body blush/mani/pedicure.

WIP Wednesday - Sept 4th, 2019

Now that my mother is back home, I jumped head first back into working on commissions. I also shipped out all the finished ones I had on me and they are all homeward bound now! These past couple of days I've been slaving away on the Dollshe Hound body (from the Dollshe Saint head), mapping out a full body tattoo. So far his back is done, arms are in the coloring stage, and his chest tattoo is mapped!

New Work - Aug 23rd, 2019

Been a while again since I updated here! I have a few things to show that I'll gladly get to that I've worked on these past 2 weeks. I worked on a Kids Sky Tutu, Souldoll Vito Ciro, and Souldoll Vito Han again.
I also received another commission, a full body and face up job on a Doll Chateau Elizabeth in grey skin! Oh, and my mother is visiting me from the USA this week, so I won't be able to work on dolls probably 'til she leaves again.

Since the last post, I had a couple more commissions trickle in, and I was able to squeeze one of my own dolls in while working on them! So today I have for showing the redo on a Goblin Tales Mossling in fall colors as his body blush flaked off, and the face up on my Dream Valley Ann.

I managed to work my way through two face ups the past few days as the weather wasn't always ideal. But at least I did manage to work on a Dollshe Saint SA and a Fairyland Chicline Inu! They were both very different ideas (and sizes!) and I had fun with both. Only a small post today!

New Work - July 29th, 2019

This weekend I was able to finish both the modded Doll Leaves Laura, and the repaint on the Dollmore Dollpire Shiloh along with her hands. I'm pleased with both their end results! The DS Laura I first modded fangs onto (quite a feat with how small the head is!) and then gave her a face up. That head is literally the size of a grape! The Dollmore Shiloh needed a full body and head wipe, a restringing, manicure, face up, and I restored her 10 year old fullset wig.
