FYI + New Work - Mar. 26th, 2023
It's been a long time since I've posted a blog entry on here, despite having plenty to share. I was gone for 6 weeks spanning through January and February, and got horribly sick again upon getting home. At least I've been healthy this March and have been making up for it!
First and foremost, the FYI:
I am finally getting ready to reopen my commission slots, and am planning to open them on my birthday, which is coming up this Saturday, April 1st. This year I'll likely not be doing a sale for that as the cost of living has risen drastically.
Speaking of that, I will be raising my base prices by €5-10, as it's been a while since I last did an increase and to be honest, I undercharge for my skill and experience level. This increase won't come until mid April, and of course I will honor all existing estimates. So get your commission forms ready for the next weekend!
Now that that's out of the way, here's the list of sculpts I will share work on today:
Faceup and body blushing on a FateMoons Puu, faceup on a Dollzone Scorpio, Simply Divine Richard, and a body blushing on a Fairyland MNF A-Line Muscular Boy body with two sets of hands and tattoos. I have more but don't want to make this post eternally long. Also fair warning, there is doll nudity towards the end of this post!
Without further ado, onto some pictures!
FYI + New Work - Nov 24th, 2018
I hope all the USA peeps had a great Thanksgiving and Black Friday! I was a busy bee and painted the dyed Dollzone Scorpio. I've taken a few days off from work to spend time with my mom and stepdad as they flew in on Tuesday! It's been fun, but boy am I beat from all the sightseeing we've been doing!
Anyway, onto some pictures of the Scorpio!
I did not do the dyeing this time (hence why it doesn't look terrible!), but MisMantis did it before she sent it to me to paint for the client. The concept is based on Sedona rock formations with succulents all along the back.
It was an interesting challenge to paint as the Scorpio is dyed dark tan. No matter what I tried, the orange pastels simply didn't want to show up after sealing, so I went darker instead. The succulent rosettes were fun to do, and I covered everything with interference green shimmer powder, so she sparkles nicely!
Now for the FYI:
I'm re-opening commissions for limited slots! I have one new commission on me so far, but I have room for more! With my work schedule I can't take on as much as I used to and keep a reasonable turn around time...
So for commissions, no more than 2 parts per slot, like 2 heads, or a head and a body, etc. I'm hoping I can keep on top of them better this time! I haven't been officially open for commissions in so long, but I crave fresh ideas to realize!
Oh! Another thing to mention, I was sent some owner pictures! Be sure to hop into the Owner Gallery to see! I absolutely love owner pictures, and am sad at how few I get... (hint hint send me owner pictures).
That's all from me for now, until next time!
